Chris Koressis practices in the area of business law, including mergers and acquisitions and information technology ("IT"). Chris will discuss the legal aspects of setting up a corporation including buy-sell agreements, arranging of capital, and team implementation.

Roger Wilson has been in the venture capital business for over 12 years. He joined BDC Venture Capital in 1987 at the Bank’s head office in Montreal. In 1991, Roger moved on to gain direct operational experience by accepting a position with a major Canadian industrial distributor to manage their Quebec operations.
Roger rejoined BDC Venture Capital in Toronto in 1993. He has been actively involved on the Board of Directors of several private and public high technology companies in various industries including software, IT services, electronics and life sciences. Roger is also serving as Vice President of the Canadian Venture Capital Association (CVCA) and Chair of the CVCA Professional Development Committee. Roger Wilson holds a BBA (Finance) from Acadia University and an MBA (Marketing) from Concordia University.
