On Tuesday July 22nd, Toronto Talks presents... What's the One Thing You Should Do To Build Your Business?
A simple guide to effective business development. Presented by Tony Bolla President INTEGRA Business Development Services
"What's the One Thing ..." outlines a simple and straightforward method for developing and implementing an effective business building program - no matter what size the company, the market or the resources available. This easy-to-follow approach includes lots of practical advice.
It is presented by Tony Bolla, president of INTEGRA Business Development Services, who combines the experience gained from a wide array of business situations with a studied examination of the subject. Tony's career spans over 20 years in the advertising and marketing field, including some stints in the IT arena, and with more than half of those years in his own business.
He has had direct experience with a variety of business situations, including consumer and b2b as well as government and political. He has worked with every kind of business, from one man start-ups to large international corporations - with a touch of Madison Avenue added for flavour. He has also employed virtually every form of business building, both in singular efforts and as part of combined programs - and so has a first hand appreciation of what works best where, and how to get the most 'bang for your buck'.
With a degree from the University of Toronto in Political Science
and Economics, Tony continues to add to his direct experience by
undertaking a thorough study of the literature available on business
building. What's the One Thing ... will leave you with a new 'common
sense' way to look at your business and how to achieve your objectives.
